You will be pleased to hear that Juliette did get in contact with us and we received our shipment today. We are currently in the process of unpacking.
We are missing one – possibly two items (we need to check our inventory). I think this was simply an oversight in the packing of the truck and don’t anticipate any issues.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your efforts in seeing this shipment through to its eventual delivery. I’m not sure who paid the who in the end, but we certainly are impressed with Intlmove’s willingness to pay for the same service twice if need be. It shows that the customer truly does come first with your business.
